We are excited to announce that Sonora Quest will be providing on-site lab services for Live Well Family Medicine patients starting Monday, October 16, 2017. Now patients of Dr. Donesa-Zuzak and Dr. Perales will have the added convenience of being able to have their labs drawn at our primary care office in Chandler, AZ.
